hostli.app is operated by Infinet Media, Costa Rican legal entity no. 3-102-812294 (“Infinet”), the Costa Rican company that owns the Hostli brand.

Subscribing to Hostli (website, booking engine and management dashboard) is governed by the Terms and Conditions of Service and by the Work Order each customer signs. If anything in these Terms of Use conflicts with those documents, the signed documents prevail.

You may use the site to learn about Hostli, request a demo and access your account. You may not:

• Use the site for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt unauthorized access to other people's accounts, systems or data.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the site, including sending malicious code or abusive automated traffic.
• Copy, bulk-scrape or resell site content without written permission.
• Impersonate anyone or provide false information.

If you have an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under them. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

The Hostli brand, logo, design, text, images, software and other site content belong to Infinet or its licensors and are protected by Costa Rica's Copyright Law No. 6683 and applicable international law. No license is granted other than to view the site for your own or your company's use.

Prices, fees, features and examples shown on the site are for reference and may change. The conditions that apply to a customer are those in its Work Order. Hotels and data used in demos are fictional.

The site may link to third-party sites such as social networks, WhatsApp or payment gateways. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the extent permitted by law, Infinet will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights.

You agree to hold Infinet harmless from third-party claims caused by your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, and any dispute will be submitted to the courts of San José, Costa Rica. If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction, you keep the mandatory rights granted by the law of your country of residence.

We may change these terms. The current version is the one posted on this page with its update date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
